Littlepage Booth was lead counsel in 17 hormone therapy trials in seven different states. The law firm also fought for settlement of almost one thousand non-trial cases. Since this litigation involved grandmothers across the country suing the most powerful drug companies in the world, it was of huge public interest and was closely followed by the press. A sample of media coverage of the Littlepage Booth hormone therapy trials include:

  • In 2006, Littlepage Booth tried the Daniel case in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on behalf of Mary and Tom Daniel. A jury returned a verdict of $1.5 million in compensatory damages as well as awarded $8.6 million for punitive damages.[1-1][1-2]
  • In July 2007, Zoe Littlepage and Rainey Booth served as trial counsel for Plaintiff Ellen Deutsch in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The defendant settled the case on the eve of trial.[2]
  • In October 2007, Zoe Littlepage and Rainey Booth tried a hormone therapy case on behalf of three women in Reno, Nevada. The jury brought back a verdict for the injured women. The Reno trial judge entered a verdict of more than $7 million for each woman in past and future compensatory damages as well as between $10 and $12 million for each woman in punitive damages.[3-1][3-2][3-3] This verdict made the list of the top ten highest verdicts in the country for 2007.[4]
  • In 2008, Zoe Littlepage and Rainey Booth tried the Annie Woods case in Las Vegas, Nevada. While one defendant settled prior to trial, the second defendant did not settle until several weeks into the case.[5]
  • In November 2009, Littlepage Booth won a $75 million verdict on behalf of Connie Barton in Philadelphia, PA.[6-1][6-2][6-3] This jury verdict was part of the Top Ten Verdicts of 2009 and a Verdict of the Month by Verdict Search.[7-1][7-2] As a result, Littlepage Booth was named a Products Liability Plaintiffs Firm of the Year in 2009 by Law 360.[8]
  • In December 2010, Zoe Littlepage was part of the trial team that obtained a $34.3 million verdict on behalf of Donna Kendall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.[9-1][9-2] As a result, Littlepage Booth was named a Products Liability Plaintiffs Firm of the Year[10] and the verdict was selected as Verdict of the Month by Verdict Search.[11]
  • In February 2010, Zoe Littlepage and Rainey Booth obtained a $9.45 million verdict on behalf of Audrey and Charles Singleton in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.[12-1][12-2][12-3]
  • In March 2012, Zoe Littlepage and Rainey Booth tried Judy Schutter’s hormone therapy case in Chicago, Illinois for multiple weeks before the defendant settled the case.
